What types of events can be held at the venue?

The venue is suitable for a variety of events, including weddings, corporate meetings, fundraisers, reunions, memorials, birthday parties, concerts, and community gatherings.

What is the capacity of the hall?

The venue can accommodate up to 300, depending on the seating arrangement and type of event. Our capacity is 546.

Do you provide tables and chairs?

Yes, we provide tables and chairs as part of the rental package. Specific arrangements can be made based on your event’s needs. We have some linens for cleaning fee, but welcome guests to bring their own.

Is the venue accessible for individuals with disabilities?

Yes, the venue is equipped with facilities to ensure accessibility for all guests.

Can we bring our own food and beverages?

Outside catering is welcomed to the venue

What are the rental fees and what do they include?

Rental fees depend on the day and time of the event. This typically includes the use of the hall, tables, chairs, and basic audio-visual equipment. See attached for pricing.

what is the parking situation and is there space available for food trucks?

Yes, we provide on-site parking for guests in front lot with overflow parking in back of building. Also can provide power connections for food trucks in backyard area for larger outdoor events.

Do you have audio-visual equipment available for use?

Yes have professional PA system, Wireless Microphone/Lapel, and ceiling Projector ready for your next event or meeting.  The laser projector displays wirelessly to from any laptop with large clear picture. Professional stage lighting and PA for bands or DJs available on request.

What is your cancellation policy?

To book the venue, please contact us via email to check availability and discuss your requirements.

Is there a deposit required to secure the booking?

Yes, a deposit of $400  is typically required to secure your booking. The amount and terms will be outlined in the rental agreement.

Can we bring our own alcohol on site?

No, all alcohol must be purchased and served through our bar and hired bartenders. We have a state of Michigan liquor license at the venue. Drink packages and pricing available upon request. Our bar closes at 11:30 at the latest.

Lodging nearby?

Absolutely! We’re conveniently located just down the road from four modern hotels, including Marriott and Hilton, which can provide group rates and room blocks.
